advertised online at SEEK. I have a lot of experience in baking. I’m quick at learning skills,
I’m approachable and easy to talk to too. I have enclosed my CV to support my application.

I have 4 years of experience in baking, and I worked on the shop floor in two highly
competitive industries. I have skills in both Baking and Customer service. I am great at
mixing ingredients, handling dough and ensuring precise baking temperatures and times to
produce delicious baked goods. In some of my previous roles, I had to work directly with
customers, whether it’s taking custom orders, providing service & recommendations or
addressing concerns, I feel proud of myself on delivering exceptional customers service with
a smile.

In my previous job as a head baker, my dedication to quality insurance has been a key
component of my performance throughout my career. Customer satisfaction has always
been essential to me, and I take pride in my ability to cultivate positive experiences for my
customers. Furthermore, my strong communication and baking skills have enabled me to
work well in team environments. I really enjoy working closely with my colleagues and
explore opportunities for innovation.
