NOTIFICATION

SUB: One time measure to appear for examinations:

SUB: Application for One-time measure Examination of I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII
semester of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 batch and 2021 batch (except BPT & BHM) of
students of UG.

As per the Garden City University Examination rules and regulations clause 1.6 (f) it is hereby
notified that the students’ of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 batch and 2021 batch (except BPT &
BHM) of UG may apply for the One-time measure Examination in all the semesters.

The fee for the One-time measure examination is Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) for
each course (subject). Students may apply for the same through their portal.

Last date of registration for One-time measure Examination is 8th July 2024.

The students are hereby informed that no further extension of date for payment of Examination
fees will be entertained.

The detailed timetable for the Examination is announced in the University website at
www.gardencity.university.

Eligibility for One time measure examinations -

Students who have failed in any course in their I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII semester can
apply for the one-time measure examination which is an on-demand examination conducted as
per the students’ request. The students may apply for examinations in theory as well as practical
courses.
