Pre-requisites:
There is no course at NUST which is a prerequisite for this course.
Course Description:
To prepare the students with the essential tools of calculus and
analytical geometry to apply the concepts and the techniques in
design and practice.

After completing this course, a student will be able to:

Outcomes:

 Understand basic concepts of calculus, trigonometry, and

geometry for application to structure in further years.
 Evaluate and understand the terms, differentiation, and
integration.
 Apply the concepts of differentiation and integration to find rate of
change, maxima, volume, arc length.
 Applying mathematics to the design with intent and innovation.
