MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement entered into this __________ by:

SPS. GLENN C. AGUIRRE and MARY JOY V. AGUIRRE,

Filipinos, of legal ages, married to each other and a
resident of Citta Di Oro Subd., Digos City, Davao del Sur
(FIRST PARTY);

-and-

MARISSA M. GRANDE, Filipino, of legal age, married and a

resident of Tres de Mayo, Digos City, Davao del Sur;
(SECOND PARTY);

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, First Parties intends to borrow an amount of ONE HUNDRED

FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00) to the Second Party’s son Ildson M.
Grande and Second Party shall act as his authorized representative.

WHEREFORE, for and consideration of the following terms the parties

hereby agree as follows:

1. Second Party son Ildson M. Grande agrees to lend an amount of

Php150,000.00 to the First Parties which will be transferred to their bank
Account (Zoey Brielle V. Aguirre with account number 00510224219);

2. Both parties agree that the amount of Php150,000.00 will bear an

diminishing interest of one percent (1%) per month;

3. First parties promise to pay Php10,000.00 per month beginning on July 1,

2021 with one percent (1%) diminishing interest until fully paid.

4. First Parties shall deliver the monthly payment without need of demand
to the Second Party and latter will acknowledged payments thereof.

5. Any dispute as regards the application and interpretation of any of the

provisions herein shall be resolved amicably as far as practicable.
