AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

WE, EDITHA D. ADOLFO, WILFREDO DUNQUE, MISTALISA D.

HENNE, EDNA D. EBRADA, MERCIDITA A. DONQUE, RENULFO A.
DONQUE and DANILO A. DUNQUE, Filipinos, of legal ages and residents of
Poblacion Uno, Bansalan, Davao del Sur, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say, that:

1. We are the children of SPS. ZOSIMO & VICTORIA DUNQUE who died
last February 26, 2018 and December 24, 2018, respectively;

2. Sometime in the year 1997, our parents when still alive donated our family
4+home, a 231-sq.m. parcel of land located in Poblacion Uno, Bansalan, Davao del
Sur in favor to our sister DOMINGA D. SENGER, married to Roland Senger;

3. Dominga D. Senger caused the issuance of title in her name before the
Registry of Deeds of Davao del Sur on January 16, 2018 and covered by Original
Certificate of Title (OCT) No. 144-2018000221;

4. Having aware of donation made by our parents, we are hereby waiving our
rights as heirs of SPS. ZOSIMO & VICTORIA DUNQUE over the said parcel of
land in favor to our sister DOMINGA D. SENGER;

5. We are executing this Affidavit of Waiver freely and voluntarily.
