Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, CRISTINE JOY D.
SIPALAY, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Digos City, Davao del Sur, to be our
true and lawful attorney-in-fact:

1. To follow-up, process, claim, facilitate any paperwork, documentation, payments,

and perform other acts necessary to cause the registration of Deed of Absolute Sale for
certain property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T64581 for the
Registry of Deeds (ROD) of Davao del Sur. This includes, but is not limited to
processing documents and payments before the Register of Deeds (ROD), Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Local Treasurers and
Assessors Office and all other government agencies.

2. To do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever which are necessarily
related to or in connection with the registration of the said transfer.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present.
