-The INCOME &EXPENDITURE &BALANCE SHEET for the vear 2019-2020, 2020
2021

& 2021-2022 were read & confirmed. AIl the members agreed unanimously to
increase the Maintenance charges by Rs 500- per month per member to buld an
emergency fund for repairs &plastering in near future
Resolution No. 1:- Resolved that the Maintenance charges contribution shoulo
be increased by Rs.500/- per month. (Reserve fund Rs. 350/- p.. and Sinking
fund Rs 150/- p m). This will be effective from 1 Quarter of 2023
From Apr1l 2023 1e. Total Rs. 18,000/-p.m. RD to be started with that amount

It is also decidedto keep the FDin TDCC bank as Share Captal Rs 9.000
