Note: All vehicle stickers issued by The Cambridge Village Condominium Association, Inc. Office thru its Security Office, shall be the once in charge for the actual
installation of sticker at the uppermost right side of the windshield, for easy inspection and rapid processing by guards on duty.

Application Requirements:
1. Certificate of Registration. (Photocopy) 5. Certification from company, if company-owned vehicle.
2. Official Receipt. (Photocopy) 6. Photocopy of Contract of Lease – tenant / lessee only
3. Duly notarized deed of sale, if registration is not in 7. Car rental agreement if rent-a-car

Driving and Parking Rules

The vehicle’s owner shall be directly liable for the act or omission committed by his authorized driver in violation of Driving and Parking Rules of
The Cambridge Village Condominium Association, Inc,.
 Speed limit of 20kph should be strictly adhered to.
 Practice driving by student driver is not allowed inside the premises..
 Parking on common areas is strictly prohibited.
 Illegal parking is strictly prohibited. All violators will be penalized.
 Strictly one (1) vehicle per parking slot only
Terms and Conditions:

I shall hold TCVCAI free from any liability for untoward incidents, injury and damages that may occur arising from/or on the occasion of operation of the said motor
vehicle and/or the use of this sticker within the premises.
I hereby undertake to immediately surrender the TCVCAI sticker upon sale or disposal of my vehicle.
When the said motor vehicle is being driven / operated within The Cambridge Village, I further bind and commit myself to strictly observe and comply the Rules and
Regulations of TCVCAI, violations shall automatically authorize the association to revoke the vehicle sticker.
