A. Excavation
1. Ensure Survey is verified, commented and
approved by Architect and the Owner.
2. Check if there are obstruction like other existing
building structure, trees and roadways.
3. Check tolerances between distances of boundaries
horizontal or vertical.
4. Check existing As-Built Plan for site development
utilities.
5. Check contractor approved methodology for
excavation works to include heavy equipment,
operators, spotter, security safety and others.
6. Ensure accessibility to site is properly done,
contractor to provide traffic flow plan and
procedure.
7. Check contractor secured exacavtion permit
mobilized equipment, manpower and start
excavation in phasing / sequence.
8 Randomly check dept of excavation and report
actual soil sample versus Boring Test profile to
be submit by contractor.
9. Contarctor to check approval design depth versus
actual and witnessed by ATMCI in proper request.
10. Others.
B. Hauling
1. Ensure hauling equipment is registered for
proper control and list reported to PM.
2. Ensure monitoring of volume /Truck date, time.
3. Contractor has establish dumping site on
excavated material and approved by PM / Owner.
4. Hauling contractor to submit summary of volume
hauled.
5. Others.
