Subject: Requisition to re consideration of Transfer order to Nellipaka Operation &

Maintenance section office regarding.

Respected Sir,

Myself P. Kalyani ID. NO: 1073197 working as Junior Engineer –Sub Division office
Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam, has been recently transferred to RampaChodavaram Division on request
as my husband is working at ITC PSPD Limited , Bhadrachalam.

It is to bring to your kind notice that the transferred location i.e., Kunavaram section
office which comes under Rampachodavaram division is very far away from Bhadrachalam and know to
be interior agency to travel daily. It is also to inform that I have stay in bhadrachalam only as my children
schooling and husband office is at bhadrachalam.

In view to all the above, it is requested humbly to kindly help me to get

transferred to Nellipaka section office which is nearby to Bhadrachalam and will be convenient to travel
on daily basis. I would be very much grateful to you upon consideration of my humble request and
request your good self to do the needful
