Quick Transfer for Internet Banking and GO by Bank Islam

1 What is Quick Transfer? Quick Transfer is a new feature which simplify the steps for online
transactions by not requiring customers to provide an additional
authentication to approve transactions below RM250.00.

With this feature, Internet Banking users are no longer required to


provide an IAC or GO Secure authentication while GO by Bank
Islam app users are no longer required to provide a password to
log in.

2 What is Quick Transfer Limit? Quick Transfer Limit is a new limit maintenance feature made
available under ‘Setting’ in the Internet Banking website and GO
by Bank Islam app. The default limit is RM250.00. To disable this
feature, simply reduce the limit to RM0.00.

3 What are the services Quick Transfer is currently applicable for the following services:

You can set your preferred limit from RM0.00 to a maximum limit
of RM250.00 via ‘Quick Transfer Limit Daily’.

Any transaction which exceeds the daily cumulative limit of


RM500.00 (Internet Banking) and RM2,000.00 (GO by Bank
Islam) will need to be authenticated by IAC, GO Secure or Internet
Banking password (for transactions via GO by Bank Islam app).

*Maximum combined limit for all the transactions that can be


performed during a day.
