Business Technical Problem:

Many organizations are implementing cybersecurity programs for the workforce to

enhance data and information technology infrastructure security. However, few allocate

significant time and financial resources for cybersecurity awareness and training. The

inadequacy caused by inherent limitations in organizations using technical means to mitigate

cybersecurity risks and financial constraints is causing significant problems. The primary issue is

cybersecurity breaches and threats effect on governmental units and organizations. Many players

have suffered reputational damage and financial losses because of cybersecurity threats. An

organization can avoid challenges by investing in training and awareness. Smaller organizations

are unsure of specific areas they should focus on to mitigate security threats. The program that

should be utilized integrates various elements, including education, awareness and training, role

separation, human resources monitoring, and the involvement of organizations' management.
