1. 1 ticket admits 1 person only.
2. Certain events may not be appropriate for children and an age restriction will apply. Babies and toddlers are strictly not
allowed for any event unless stated otherwise. Please note that where age restrictions apply you will need to bring proof
of age. The event Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is under the applicable age.
3. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your
responsibility.
4. Once sold, no exchange, cancellation, and/or refund is allowed.
5. Ticket price is subject to ticket fee & booking fee.
6. Strictly NO professional photography, video, and/or audio recording of any kind is allowed during this performance.
7. You will be refused entry & your ticket(s) will be barred without compensation if it is purchased from an unauthorized
ticket seller or scalper.
8. Your ticket(s) may not be resold or offered for resale at face value or at a premium over the face value of the ticket
(including via online auction sites and reselling websites such as STUBHUB,VIAGOGO and CAROUSEL) or used for advertising,
promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests, and trade promotions) OR to enhance the
demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.
9. The event organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event, including the rearrangement of
current seating allocations, under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
10. Concert management & event staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person with
unruly conduct and/or in breach of any venue and/or ticketing terms & conditions.
11. All ticket holders may be subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into the concert hall.
12. Latecomers will be allowed entry at a suitable time during the performance at the discretion of floor staff. NO
refund/compensation will be given to a latecomer who is allowed entry into the performance hall at any time after the
concert has started. In the event of an official cancellation, a ticket refund nett of Ticket fee, Booking fee and/or Service
charges will be granted.
13. All other ticketing terms and conditions as stated on the ticket purchase pages apply.
14. If there are any issues that occurred on the day of the event, please reach out to our staff or approach the Box Office
to get assistance to solve the matter by filling up an Incident Report for us to further investigate or to escalate the matter
to the relevant department. If no reports have been lodged at the Box Office the matter will be considered not valid or the
occurrence cannot be validated.
