D. REMARKS/COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS

Field Validation Team:

• ASP No. PSD 118202-135580 (AR) located at Kaligutan, Laak Davao de Oro consisting of lot
numbers 199,208,231,241,242,271,273,274,278,279 and 296. The total of which is 11 lots with an area
of 205,535 square meters.

•A total number of 11 lots are covered under this report consisting of 205,535 square meters.

• Of the said 11 lots, 3 of which with a total area of 31,281 square meters are being cultivated by the
original ARBs.

• Lot 199 - In the Approved Survey Plan, it states that the area is 11.8755 hectares. However, in
actuality, there are 6 owners, and all of them are aware of their boundaries. In this lot, there are two
portions owned by Sam-o O. Onggao. Both parties agreed that Sam-o O. Onggao will be the one to
apply, considering that we only process agricultural lots.

• Some of the boundary marks were found missing, due to soil erosion, increase of water level, and
some other factors. The table below revealed the monument status of Brgy. Kaligutan, Laak, Davao
de Oro.
