Field Validation Team:
●Lot numbers 191-296 with a total lot of 113 under ASP No. PSD -118202-135580 (AR) located at
Kaligutan, Laak Davao de Oro were assigned to FVT team four (4).

●Of the 113 lots, 78 of which are covered under this report consisting of one hundred (100.4157) square
meters.

●Of the said 78 lots, 17 of which with a total area of 234,543 square meters are being cultivated by the
original ARBs.

●Six (6) original ARBs cultivating lots 194, 219, 222, 229, 232 and 248 with a total area of 80,598
square meters are already deceased. They are represented during geo-tagging and field validations by
their respective representatives.

●Of the said 78 lots, 32 of which is subject for Petition for Inclusion.

●Of the said 78 lots, 6 of which are barangay road consisting of 82,201 squares meters.

●Of the said 78 lots, 2 of which are creeks consisting of 30,038 square meters.

●A number of ARBs and actual tillers whose files for inclusion are already with the ROD has erroneous
details concerning their names. The names of such are the following to wit:

a. The name provided in the title (Beto E. Josol) is erroneous, the correct one being Beto Jesril E.
Josol’s.
b. Generoso G. Bajenting’s name as provided in the title is misspelled as (Bahinting).
c. Francisca O. Gucor‘s name is misspelled as (Francisco) per records submitted with the honorable
office of the Registry of Deeds.
d. Brigido N. Cubar’s middle initial in the CLOA is (M) is wrong. The correct one being (N).
e. Jerryme A. Alonzo’s name as provided for in the CCLOA is misspelled as (Jerremie A. Alonzo.)
