MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Currently I am still working at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi West Java (Nike Shoe
Manufacturing), I have gained experience in facing PROPER, SMK3, ISO 14001 & Higg FEM
(Facilities Enviromental Module) audit (sucessed in bringing FEM Chemical Management with
score 95), know how RSL & MRSL Procedure and also there are several resource reduction
projects & Report that have been running based on my initiation or team, which among them are
Used Rags Reduction, Recycle Solvent Base, Q10 Project with Henkel, Trial Non UV Primer TU
900 with Hanyoung. And also due my responsibility as Ahli K3 Kimia I can create Internal Safety
Data Sheet (SDS) for the chemical what we use, manage chemical as properly and give some
suggestion to reduce the impact from chemical hazard.
