KEY ASSUMPTIONS

The forecast was done carefully, with todays inflation, we have to do research about the

current prics of all the ingredients and supplies that we needed in this operation. We performed a

trial to test and estimate how much ingredients like egg and flour needed to create a 50 cupcakes.

With that trial and research, we come up with a conclusion that 100 pesos capital investment of

each members is enough the cover the expenses in our first day of operation then circulate and

use it for the consecutive days of operation. That is how the assumptions are made in forecasting.

KEY METRICS

The Fruggie Cupcake will primarily rely on a capital investment from the group members

as the main source of financing for the participation in the business expo. As a group, we have

collectively decided to invest our own money into the venture specifically for the expo. This

capital investment demonstrates our shared commitment to showcasing the Fruggie Cupcake

brand and its products at the event. At this stage, we have not pursued external financing options

such as credit cards, lines of credit, business loans, or equity investments from others for the

expo. However, as the business progresses and additional opportunities arise, we may consider

exploring these financing options to support future endeavors. The specific details and timing of

such financing options will be determined based on the needs and growth of the business. For the

business expo, the funds will primarily come from the capital investment made by the group

members, ensuring our control over financial decisions and the success of our participation.
