Self-Assessment of the Employee

Date : 16/05/2024
Employee Name : Amit Satish Patel
Job Title : Regional Head – West
Supervisor's Name : Mr. Shashi Bhushan Mishra

Self-evaluation
1. List your most significant accomplishments or contributions during last year. How do these achievements
align with the goals/objectives outlined in your last review?

Here, I've mentioned my main accomplishment as providing excellent service assistance by maintaining client
relationships with our brand. Supplied clients with an up-to-date list of features for new products and made sure
that the product's price was profitable, which helped the firm succeed and will continue to do so. This year's
achievements also included increasing the product(s)' visibility and giving our dealers, distributors, system
integrators, and end users the required service support.
Great Project work done with Mumbai Metro Baggage Scanner and at Shree Mahalakshmi Temple, Kolhapur

2. Have you successfully performed any new tasks or additional duties outside the scope of your regular
responsibilities? If so, please specify.

When estimating time for projects, both past and future, I am more precise. I also have no problem offering
service support to sales when a project turns out to be larger than expected or was underquoted.

3. What activities have you initiated, or actively participated in, to encourage camaraderie and teamwork
within your group and/or office? What was the result?

I think that when we connect with each other at work, at irregular events like SAFE, IFSEC and exhibitions, at
lunches, and occasionally at after-hours parties, we all foster a sense of camaraderie.
As a result, we are able to collaborate to increase sales because we are able to deeply understand our
teammates by paying attention to their viewpoints, ideas, and opinions.

4. Describe your professional development activities since last year, such as offsite seminars/classes (specify if self-
directed or required by your supervisor), onsite training, peer training, management coaching or mentoring, on-the-
job experience, exposure to challenging projects, other—please describe.

Increased exposure to challenging tasks that require completion of all required replies. Over the past year, I've
studied sales and service inquiries, and I intend to learn a lot more in the years to follow.

5. Describe areas you feel require improvement in terms of your professional capabilities. List the steps you plan
to take and/or the resources you need to accomplish this.

My greatest concern in order to fulfill my obligations is sales, so this is the aspect of my work that requires the most
development. The staff needs to solve customer problems quickly in order to give the best possible service
assistance and encourage channel partners and other customers to spread the news about their consideration,
which will increase sales.

6. Identify two career goals for the coming year and indicate how you plan to accomplish them.

My primary objective for the upcoming year is to increase my month-over-month sales performance and
achievement, for which I will recruit new clients to try our items.
In order to become the regional head for the concerned section, I must expand my network in the West region while
enhancing my performance.

7. Have you failed in any assigned project or commitment? Give the reason for the failure and how you have
overcome it? Kindly share your strategy with us.

Yes, I have fallen short of my own goal. Owing to a number of factors, cases are pending and anticipated to close
within the current fiscal year. Through a re-evaluation of the project, enhanced communication, and efficient
resource management, the team may overcome previous setbacks and successfully complete the project. These
strategies will be used to increase the chances of success for a variety of initiatives and channel networks.

8. Evaluate yourself on all factors that apply to you since your last performance evolution, or date of hire if
employed here less than one year. If a category does not apply to you, indicate N/A.
