2 FINAL CHECKS

Description Initial When Done

Verify that Calibration and warranty documents are provided EL

Verify that ToF delay value is >700ns EL

Verify that sensor lead is between 23 and 24 cm long (see Section 5.2 above) EL

Verify that both face and bore seal o-rings are fitted to OEM units /

Verify that interrupted supply current is between 15 and 20mA at 12V (…15…..mA) EL

For OEM units, vacuum test for 20 minutes at 0.2Bar below atmospheric (~2m depth) /

For housed units, pressure test to 100Bar for 30 minutes EL

For housed units, check that resistance between 0V supply (Pin 6) and body is >1MΩ EL

Ensure main serial number is engraved on the SV sensor EL

Check that sensor is adequately packed in foam lined transit box EL

procedure defined herein, and is ready for shipment to the customer.
