Respected Sir/Madam,

I, {applicant_name}, a resident of {applicant_address}, hereby submit this application under the


Right to Information Act, 2005, to seek information regarding the regularization of tax against
Assessee No. 311091356616. The details of the information’s required are as follows:

1. Documents Submitted for Regularization of Tax:

- I request the details of all documents that were submitted during the regularization of tax for
the aforementioned Assessee 311091356616. No. Specifically, I seek a copy of the registered
deed and drawing any allied Forms (A-042) that were furnished to the Kolkata Municipal
Corporation in this regard. Please furnish any such documents where that premises was allowed
for commercial use i.e. Godown.

2. Details on Tax Bill and Taxable Area:

- In the tax bill, the address "294 Survey Park" is mentioned. I request information on which
part of the building was shown and recorded as the taxable area. Please provide specific details
regarding the dimensions or portions of the property that were assessed for taxation.

3. Building Completion Certificate (CC):

- Please furnish a copy of the Building Completion Certificate (CC) that was submitted during
the property tax assessment for the said property. This document is crucial for understanding
the basis on which the property was assessed and the tax was levied.

4. Mutation and Apportionment of Tax:

- I seek detailed information and documents related to the mutation and apportionment of tax
for the property in question. This includes any paperwork and drawings that outlines the
process and basis for mutation, as well as how the tax has been apportioned among different
parts or units of the property, if applicable.

5. KMC rule regarding wrongful mutation by producing forged documents.

I request information regarding which section of the KMC Act, 1980, would be contravened if
a premises, in violation of a sanctioned drawing by the KMC Building Department, converts an
open space into a flat and garage, registers the flat, and subsequently carries out an improper
mutation in another individual's name.
I am willing to pay the charges prescribed under the Act for the provision of this information.
Please inform me of the additional fees required for the processing of this request, if any.

According to the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005, I expect the requested information to be
provided within 30 days of receipt of this application. If you decide to deny this request for
information, I request that you provide me with the reasons for such denial in writing, as
stipulated under the Act.
