WORKING EXPERIENCES:
➢ Working as a quantity surveyor at Al Sulaiteen Agricultural and Industrial Complex (SAIC
Landscape) (November 2019 - April 2021) 19 Safwa Building, Barwa commercial, Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities as a Quantity surveyor:

Training Pitch Upgrade Project (SF/VSP/C/249/20).
* Preparing the BOQs for the Project all 26 locations including 5 FIFA World cup stadiums.
* Preparing material take-off for Projects.

Perl Qatar Maintenance project for 5 years

* Claiming the bills.
* Take-off upon project finished for the retender.

Tenders (Al Meera and Pearl Qatar landscape maintenance), Pitch upgrade project.
* Supporting to prepare technical offer & Commercial offer.

➢ Working as a quantity surveyor / tendering engineer at Al-Bawakir group (December 2014 -

April 2019) 19 Safwa Building, Barwa commercial, Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities as a Quantity surveyor cum Cost controller:

Kahrama Portable water Project (GTC 614/2013), Wakra stadium wet utilities and highway
projects (East industrial area to muntaza highway wet utilities).
* Preparing the BOQs for the work orders.
* Preparing material take-off for CWR.
* Creating Budget for CWR.
* Compare the as built and inspector drawing for invoice, if their have any Difference
inform to operations manager and Coordinate with the site engineer.
* Create the invoice and submit to Commercial Department.
* Revising programme according to the client.
* Finding sub-contractors for the Civil works (Ex- Excavation, bedding, surrounding and backfilling)
* Direct coordination with procurement department for cost controlling purpose.
* Comparing budget and actual for reporting and cost controlling purpose.
 Duties and Responsibilities as a tendering engineer:

* Reviewing the tender documents and sending RFQs to Suppliers.

* Preparing the calculation sheet for the tender and finalize the rate with estimation engineer.
* Comparing material prices with all suppliers.

➢ Working as a quantity surveyor in Modern Recycling Factory Project.

* Take off the full factory.
* Calculate the cost for the factory (prices get from procurement department)
* Calculate the variation Cost.
* Visit to the site for physical measurement.
* Check the Sub Contractor’s bills.
* Modifying work program as per the client comments.

Other Projects
* Taking off two factory projects for tendering.

➢ 12 Months Experience as a Project Quantity surveyor – (2013-2014)

Imperial aluminium fabricators, Colombo, Sri Lanka

Duties and Responsible:

*Prepared the quotation and submit to the main contractor.

*Prepared the estimated Quantity.
*Site visit to take Physical measurement.
*Attempt to the main contractor’s weekly meeting.
*Submit the sample material to consultant and getting approval.
*If there have any variation order coordinate with the consultant and resubmit the quotation.

Environmental Engineer Consultants (PVT) LMT, #05, counsil lane, Dehiwala, Srilanka

Duties and Responsible:

* Take-off the Drawings.

* Verify the BOQ quantities.

➢ 09 Months Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor – 2012

Mega Construction & Suppliers (PVT) LMT.

Duties and Responsible:

* Taking the Physical measurement.
* Checking the sub contractor’s bill according to the work done.
* Manage the materials and order to the suppliers.
* Maintain the daily report and submit to office every week.
* Reviewing the bar bending schedules, guiding the skill labors to cut and bend the reinforcement steel.
* Claim the variation and extra works.
* Setting out the outside buildings (Ex: guard room, Cycle Park).
*Coordinate the work with consultant engineers or Forman.
