How to Install Any Adobe Software (Windows)

IF USB/DVD - Copy all files on the USB/DVD and paste it into your Desktop then used the file that you copy.
IF DIGITAL – Download the installer and then used the file that you download
You can watch the Adobe Video Installation Guide as guideline during installation

Note: before installation, make sure you sign out to Adobe and remove old adobe Photoshop

1. Locate the installer

2. Extract the Installer. Let say Photoshop  Right Click Extract to Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 Activated

if you don’t have option to Extract, similar on below. It means your PC don’t have WinRAR installed
you can download and installed WinRAR using this link https://www.win-rar.com/postdownload.html?&L=0

** Recommended to use WinRAR

3. Open the installer then Right Click Setup.exe and choose Run as Administrator

Note: If you’re getting issue during installation temporarily disable your antivirus and redo the same process all over
Click Continue

Things to do if you encounter issue during installation

The Adobe software you are using is not genuine | Your unlicensed Adobe apps will be disable in 10 days. Replace at a
discount to keep working

What is this: Adobe detects your adobe software

Solution: we need to manually uninstall Adobe Genuine Service

a. Close your Adobe Application then Go to the Control Panel, and select Programs > Programs and Features.
b. Right-click Adobe Genuine Service and select Uninstall.

c. Review the message and then select Uninstall to finish uninstalling Adobe Genuine Service.
d. Adobe Genuine Service has been removed successfully
 Adobe Error 183
What is this: due to lack of administrator privileges on your computer login account
Solution: Please follow below steps by order Restart – Disable Antivirus – Turn Off internet – Redo the installation

Adobe Error 182

What is this: File path is to long on where the installer is located
Solution: Rename the installer folder using short name then try to install our Adobe Installer Again

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP.dll not found

What is this: It means that C++ either missing or lower than recommended

Solution: need to download C++. see below link below link and choose x64

Error 195 – Sorry, Installation Failed

What is this: It means that Windows version is lower than recommended
Solution: we need to upgrade our windows 10 version, check windows updates for available updates

Error 501 – Sorry Installation Failed

What is this: Issue occur when the app package to be installed is trying to access a file that is in use by a different
application.
Solution: Remove all Adobe installed on the PC and reinstall everything from extraction to installation or you may use
Adobe creative cloud cleaner tool to automate the process. See below link on where to get it

What is this: Issue occur when you have a corrupted C++ .net or C++ .net that you have are not available on your system
Solution:
Remove/Uninstall Adobe app
-Install C++ .net 2015-2019 (x64)
-Install C++ .net 2015-2019 (x86)
