Hubert H. humphrey fellowship, based on the medium of instruction during my
academic career.

I have completed my schooling and university education entirely in English medium

institutions, where all coursework, lectures, examinations, and academic materials
were conducted in the English language. As a result, I have developed a strong
command of the English language, both written and spoken.

The English proficiency letter is attached with application portal. The mode of
communication in my current professional is also English.

Given my academic background and proficiency in English, I believe that I have

adequately demonstrated my language proficiency through my educational
experiences. Therefore, I kindly request that I be exempted from the English language
test requirement.

I am more than willing to provide any additional documentation or evidence to support
