Dear Ma’am Ma. Bernadette P. Abonales,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my
position at Merasenko Company, effective immediately.

This decision comes as a result of my pregnancy. After careful consideration, I believe it is in

the best interest of my health and my family to step back from my professional
responsibilities at this time. It was not an easy choice, as my time at Merasenko Corporation
has been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.

I am committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. I am more than willing to

assist in training my replacement and to ensure all my current projects and responsibilities are
handed over seamlessly. Please let me know how I can be of help during this period.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunities and support I have received
during my tenure at Merasenko Corporation. Working here has been a significant part of my
career, and I have greatly valued the experiences and professional growth it has afforded me.
