2. Shri Mukesh Kumar, ASO, GS/DCOAS has been selected as INSPECTOR

(CGST) in (Level-7) in Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIC) (Encl.17C).

3. Shri Mukesh Kumar has submitted his technical resignation from the post of
ASO in AFHQ Civil Service to enable him to join Central Board of Indirect Taxes
(CBIC), Delhi Zone by 18-02-2022. Shri Mukesh Kumar has appeared in CGLE-
2018 examination prior to joining AFHQ Civil services. Date of birth of the
individual is 01-10-1994 and date of appointment is 29-06-2020.

4. Vigilance Clearance is placed at encl 19A. Clearance from CAO/Mov and

CAO/FMG has also been obtained and placed at encls 20A & 21A respectively.

5. The case is submitted to CAO/P-1 for acceptance of Technical resignation

without lien submitted by Shri Mukesh Kumar, ASO.
