Introduction
This TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier Rulebook applies within the context of the
TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier and is submitted as “Tournament Rules” and abide
by the TMWT 2024 Rulebook located here: https://bit.ly/tmwt24-rulebook (inclusive of the
Code of Conduct, UBISOFT Terms of Use and the Trackmania Code of Conduct referred in
the TMWT 2024 Rulebook).

This TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier Rulebook aims at providing and codifying a
structured and consistent set of rules and standards enforceable across all races, for
everyone partaking in the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier. Participation in any races
part of the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier is conditioned to the acceptance of the
rules and penalties contained in the present TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier
Rulebook, as updated, amended or supplemented from time to time (collectively the “TMWT
2024 America Regional Qualifier”):

In case of any conflict or inconsistency between this TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier
Rulebook and the TMWT 2024 Rulebook, the conditions of the TMWT 2024 Rulebook shall
prevail. For sake of clarity, the TMWT 2024 Rulebook applies to the TMWT 2024 America
Regional Qualifier with TOORNAMENT as the Tournament Organizer (and in particular, but
without limited to, the entirety of Section 4 to 8 of the TMWT 2024 Rulebook).

1. Acceptance and modification of the TMWT 2024

America Regional Qualifier Rulebook

1.1 Acknowledgement and Acceptance

Each Player must read, acknowledge and accept the TMWT 2024 America Regional
Qualifier Rulebook, and agree to abide by it at all times in order to remain eligible to
participate in the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier. A Player is the individual that
register to participate in the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier (the “Player”).

By accepting the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier Rulebook, Players consent to
TOORNAMENT’s authority to issue sanctions, preliminary conservative measures and/or
definitive sanctions under Section 2.1, Section 6 and 7 of the TMWT 2024 Rulebook, without
prejudice to any other sanction issued under the Trackmania Code of Conduct, the TMWT
2024 Rulebook and UBISOFT’s Terms of Use. The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier
Rulebook may be accepted when a Player enters and participates into any match of the
TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier. Players may not participate if they do not agree to
be bound to the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier Rulebook or the TMWT 2024
Rulebook.

1.2 Modification of the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier
Rulebook
Any modification of the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier Rulebook or its format will
be communicated through a public blog post linking to a revised version of the TMWT 2024
America Regional Qualifier Rulebook.

2. TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier

definitions
The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier is an online tournament using Trackmania
game. It is part of the Trackmania World Tour 2024 as a Major Tournament category.

2.1 Territories, eligibilities, platforms & game access

The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier is reserved to players possessing the
Trackmania Club Access, which contains features that are needed for the operation of the
TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier. You can get it here.

The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier is limited to players with the nationality of one
of the countries of the Region “America” as defined in Section 3.2.9 of the TMWT 2024
Rulebook located here: https://bit.ly/tmwt24-rulebook.

Moreover, to be eligible for participating in the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier,
players must be at least 16 years old and be registered on the official Trackmania World
Tour 2024 platform at https://esports.trackmania.com. Players need to connect on TMWT
2024 America Regional Qualifier online servers, accessible directly from the game.

2.2 Schedule
The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier will be organized on 24th of August 2024. It will
run on the following time schedule:

Be on time 30 minutes before the start of the tournament first stage at XX:XX TIMEZONE

2.3 Format
The TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier comprises 2 different stages. All matches are
played with the Fall official Trackmania World Tour track pack.

2.3.1 Time Attack Qualifier

The Time Attack Qualification starts at time indicated at Section 2.2 of the present Rulebook.
Every registered player can take part in this stage.

● Track order: Random
● Number of track played: 3
● Respawn: Activated

2.3.2 Double Elimination Bracket

The top 64 players from the Time Attack stage will qualify in a Double Elimination Bracket
stage with the following game settings:

● Mod Cup
● Maxplayers: 1vs1vs1vs1
● Points limit: between 100 (120 for Grand Final)
● Distribution of points: 10, 6, 4, 3
● Time to finish after the first: 10 seconds
● Rounds per track: 4
● Warm-up: 15
● Number of winners: 2 (3 for Grand Final)
● Track order: random
● Respawn: activated

2.4 Rewards

2.4.1 Cash prize distribution

A 500€ cash prize will be available for top 3 players of the TMWT 2024 America Regional
Qualifier with the following distribution:

1st: 250€;
2nd: 150€;
3rd: 100€;

2.4.2 World Tour Points

Each player will earn World Tour Points according to the Major Tournament points
distribution available on https://bit.ly/tmwt24-rulebook.

2.4.3 World Cup slot

The winner of the TMWT 2024 America Regional Qualifier will earn a direct slot for the
Trackmania World Cup 2024 which will take place during the Paris Games Week event.

2.4.4 Cash prize payment process

The cash prize payment will be processed in a delay of 60 days after the end of the
tournament in which the participant played and finished in the top 4.

Each participant who has won a cash prize during the TMWT 2024 America Regional
Qualifier will be solely responsible for paying any taxes owed to the tax authorities of their
country.

3. Livestreaming policy
TOORNAMENT allows Players to live stream their race under the restrictions and conditions
set forth in Section 8.7 of the TMWT 2024 Rulebook.
