ABOUT

The All India Bar Examination were considered and approved by the Bar

Council of India at its meeting held on 30th April 2010, wherein it was

decided by the Council that the examination shall be mandatory for all

law students graduating from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards,

and that candidates may apply to appear in the examination only after

ENROLLING AS ADVOCATES under Section 24 of the Advocates Act,

1961.

1. In what mode will the AIBE 18 exam be conducted?

The AIBE 18 exam will be conducted in offline mode in OMR-based test format.

2. What will be the duration of the AIBE 18 exam?

Candidates will be given 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the AIBE 18 exam.

3. How many questions will be asked in the AIBE 18 exam?

A total of 100 questions will be asked in the AIBE exam.


4. What type of questions will be asked in the All India Bar Examination?

Multiple choice questions will be asked in the AIBE 18 exam.

5. What is the pattern of AIBE exam 2023?

The AIBE 18 exam will be conducted in offline mode. Students will have to answer a total

of 100 questions.

6. Is AIBE an open-book exam?

Students are not allowed to carry books with them on the day of exam. However,

students can still carry copies of bare acts without notes.
