Their first line of business was the retail of handcrafted goods created by local artists in
Cabanatuan and other parts of the Philippines, not a coffee shop. Prior to deciding to
include coffee, they thought that customers might enjoy this while they were shopping
in their store.
When they first started their business, they bought supplies like coffee makers, basi,
and other necessities. They didn't bother buying new tables because they already had
them at home. They purchased goods for their shop for about 15,000 pesos. Since they
began in their home, they didn't invest a lot in building or renting out spaces.
They began selling hot coffee through a French press, and they manually processed the
cold brew. They then made the decision to include food and snacks like breads and
pasta. Their business is smoothly running 2 years now, that is started in 2021.
2. Whether they used intuition or feasibility exclusively or a combination of both methods when
deciding on launching their business.
They simply chose to launch their company without considering the impact on their business. To
express their unwavering love for their late daughter, they simply want to build the business in
her honor. And fortunately, their business became successful.
3. What are the problems and and challenges encountered in their first year of
operation.
Since they are not really businessmen, they have faced numerous issues and difficulties
in their first year of operation. Their understanding about how business operates is
merely limited. Their regular customers' opinions and suggestions have helped them
solve business problems. They have made numerous sacrifices, but they have also
gained a wealth of knowledge.
