‫‪:‬طريقة االستخدام‬
‫لألطفال بعمر شهرين فأكبر والبالغين‪ :‬يطبق الكريم على كامل الجسم بما فيها فروة الرأس‪ ،‬المناطق خلف صيوان األذنين‪ ،‬باطن الكفين ‪-‬‬
‫والقدمين‪ .‬يجب إعطاء عناية خاصة لثنيات الجلد والمناطق بين األصابع‪ .‬يترك لمدة ‪ 8‬ساعات على األقل (مثل طوال الليل)‪ ،‬ثم يتم غسله بعناية‬
‫‪.‬باستخدام الماء‬
‫‪.‬لدى األطفال بعمر أصغر من سنتين‪ :‬يجب تضميد يدي الطفل تجنًبا لحدوث ابتالع للمستحضر بشكل عارض أو التماس مع العينين ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬يتم تكرار التطبيق بعد ‪ 7‬أيام ‪-‬‬

‫‪:‬موانع االستعمال‪ ،‬التأثيرات الجانبية‪ ،‬التحذيرات‬

‫‪.‬يجب عدم تطبيق الدواء لدى األطفال بعمر أصغر من شهرين ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬يجب عدم تطبيق الدواء على الوجه واألغشية المخاطية أو الجلد المجروح ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬يمكن أن يسبب‪ :‬مذل (تنميل)‪ ،‬حكة‪ ،‬احمرار‪ ،‬شعور بالحرقة‪ ،‬جفاف الجلد؛ بشكل نادر‪ :‬وذمة‪ ،‬تفاعالت فرط الحساسية ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬يجب تجنب التماس مع العينين‪ .‬في حال حدوث تماس بشكل عارض‪ ،‬يجب غسل العينين بكميات كبيرة من الماء ‪-‬‬
‫أثناء الحمل‪ :‬ال يوجد مانع من االستعمال ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬أثناءاالرضاع‪ :‬ال يوجد مانع من االستعمال‪ .‬يجب عدم تطبيقه على الثديين ‪-‬‬

‫‪:‬مالحظات‬
‫يجب معالجة جميع األشخاص المخالطين للمريض عن قرب بنفس الوقت سواء ظهرت أم لم تظهر عليهم األعراض‪ .‬يجب تطهير المالبس ‪-‬‬
‫وأغطية السرير‪ ،‬بعد كل معالجة‪ ،‬للمرضى والمخالطين عن قرب‪ :‬يتم غسلها عند درجة حرارة ≥ ‪° 60‬مئوية ثم تجفيفها في الشمس‪ ،‬أو تعريضها‬
‫‪.‬ألشعة الشمس لمدة ‪ 72‬ساعة‪ ،‬أو وضعها في كيس بالستيكي محكم الغلق لمدة ‪ 72‬ساعة‬
‫يمكن أن تستمر الحكة الجلدية حتى ‪ 4‬أسابيع بعد نهاية المعالجة (تفاعالت تحسسية للطفيليات الميتة)‪ :‬ال تقم بتكرار العالج خالل هذه الفترة‪ .‬قد ‪-‬‬
‫‪.‬تكرر المعالجة في حال استمرار ظهور العالمات النوعية للجرب (أْتالم الجرب) بعد هذه الفترة‬
‫‪.‬يستخدم غسول البيرميثرين ‪ %1‬لعالج قمل الرأس لدى األطفال بعمر شهرين فأكبر والبالغين ‪-‬‬

‫‪ -‬غسول ‪%1‬‬

‫طريقة االستخدام‪:‬‬
‫‪ -‬لألطفال بعمر شهرين فأكبر والبالغين‪ :‬يتم تطبيق الغسول على فروة الرأس وكامل الشعر بطوله‪ ،‬مع إعطاء عناية خاصة للمناطق خلف األذنين‬
‫وحول قفا الرقبة‪ .‬يترك على الشعر لمدة ‪ 10‬دقائق‪ ،‬ثم يغسل بعناية‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يتم تكرار التطبيق بعد ‪ 7‬أيام‪.‬‬

‫موانع االستعمال‪ ،‬التأثيرات الجانبية‪ ،‬التحذيرات‪:‬‬

‫‪ -‬يجب تطبيق الدواء بحذر وتحت المراقبة الطبية لدى األطفال بعمر أصغر من ‪ 6‬أشهر‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يمكن أن يسبب‪ :‬تهيج فروة الرأس‪ ،‬طفح واحمرار الجلد؛ بشكل نادر‪ :‬وذمة‪ ،‬وتفاعالت فرط التحسس‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يجب تجنب التماس مع العينين‪ .‬في حال دخول الدواء للعينين‪ ،‬يجب غسل العينين بكميات كبيرة من الماء‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬أثناء الحمل واإلرضاع‪ :‬يفضل استعمال دايميتيكون‬

‫مالحظات‪:‬‬
‫‪ -‬يجب فحص جميع األشخاص المخالطين للمريض ومعالجة أولئك الذين لديهم قمل و‪/‬أو صئبان حية فقط‪ .‬المعالجة الوقائية لألشخاص غير‬
‫المصابين غير فعالة وتزيد من خطر مقاومة الدواء‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يجب غسل األمشاط‪ ،‬وتطهير أغطية الرأس والمفروشات‪ :‬الغسل عند درجة حرارة ≥ ‪° 60‬مئوية‪ ،‬الكّي أو التجفيف في الشمس‪ ،‬أو‪ ،‬في حال‬
‫عدم اإلمكانية‪ ،‬الوضع في كيس بالستيكي ُم حكم الغلق لمدة أسبوعين‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يتم استخدام الغسول بدال من الشامبو الذي يعد أقل فعالية ألن زمن التماس يكون أقصر‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬يستخدم كريم بيرميثرين ‪ %5‬لمعالجة الجرب لدى األطفال بعمر شهرين فأكبر والبالغين‪.‬‬
PERMETHRIN 5%, cream

Therapeutic action
– Scabicide (pyrethroid insecticide)

Indications
– Scabies

Forms and strengths

– 5% cream

Use
– Child 2 months and over and adult: apply the cream to the whole body, including scalp, postauricular areas,
palms of the hands and soles of the feet, paying particular attention to skin creases and interdigital web
spaces. Leave on for at least 8 hours (e.g. overnight) then rinse thoroughly with water.
– In child under 2 years: wrap hands to avoid accidental ingestion and contact with eyes.
– Repeat the application after 7 days.

Contra-indications, adverse effects, precautions

– Do not use in children under 2 months.
– Do not apply to the face and mucous membranes, nor on broken skin.
– May cause: paraesthesia, pruritus, redness, burning sensation, skin dryness; rarely: oedema, hypersensitivity
reactions.
– Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, flush immediately with plenty of water.
– Pregnancy: no contra-indication
– Breast-feeding: no contra-indication. Do not apply to the breasts.

Remarks
– Close contacts should be treated at the same time regardless of whether there have symptoms or not.
Decontaminate, after each treatment, clothes and bed linen of patients and close contacts: wash ≥ 60 °C and
dry in the sun, or expose to sunlight or seal in a plastic bag for 72 hours.
– Itching may persist for up to 4 weeks after the end of treatment (allergic reaction to dead parasites): do not
re-treat during this period. The treatment may be repeated if specific scabies lesions (scabious burrows) are
still present after this period.
– 1% permethrin lotion is used for the treatment of head lice in children 2 months and over and adults.

– Head pediculosis (lice)

Forms and strengths

– 1% lotion

Use
– Child 2 months and over and adult: apply lotion to scalp and entire length of the hair shaft, paying particular
attention to the areas behind the ears and around the nape of the neck. Leave on hair for 10 minutes, then rinse
throughly with water.
– Repeat the application after 7 days.

Contra-indications, adverse effects, precautions

– Use with caution and under medical supervision in children under 6 months.
– May cause: scalp irritation, pruritus, skin rash and redness; rarely: oedema, hypersensitivity reactions.
– Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, flush immediately with plenty of water.
– Pregnancy and breast-feeding: prefer dimeticone

Remarks
– Examine everyone in contact with a patient and only treat those with live lice and/or live nits. Preventive
treatment of noninfected persons is ineffective and increases the risk of resistance.
– Wash combs and decontaminate headwear and bedding: wash ≥ 60 °C, iron or dry in the sun or, if not
feasible, seal in a plastic bag for 2 weeks.
– Use the lotion rather than the shampoo that is less effective as the contact time is usually shorter.
– Permethrin 5% cream is used for the treatment of scabies in children 2 months and over and adults.
