Court case during Haryana Vidhan Sabha Elections 2019

1. Complaint filed by General Observer (09-Ynr) to RO (09-Ynr) on date 17-10-2019

regarding violation of MCC i.e. Distribution of big size posters & pamphlets along
with National and local news papers without the name of printing press by Sh.
Arvinder Singh Khalsa, Candidate (AAP).
2. Then by RO 09-YNR, Show cause notice issued to Candidate on date 18-10-19 for
hearing on date 18-10-19.
3. In hearing, Sh. Sabar Ali Chauhan, Legal representative of Candidate appeared
and explained that all their posters, pamphlets contain printers’ name and they
can show and tender the bill of the posters.
4. After that Letter issued to SP, Yamunanagar on date 19-10-19 by RO (09-Ynr) to
lodge an FIR & after conducting investigation in the matter regarding who / by
whom these pamphlets were got printed, send the report.
5. All the concerned printing firms/owners through which the posters/pamphlets
were printed by the Candidate/his election agents were inquired but no
information was found.
6. By SP Yamunanagar, after conducting of investigation, untraced report was filed
in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jagadhri with the proposal to file the
case.
