 WHAT IS BEE-SB CUP?
Every school deserves a
chance to give a platform to
let their students’ talents
shine. The Binus Inter-school
Competition will do just that
by inviting schools to come
over and competing at our
beloved school.

Bee-SB Cup focuses on

showcasing activities that
can really help students
and staff rally their school
spirit, in which it covers
the bases of the sport
teams and dance crews
that our school has.

We will give an opportunity

for basketball players, futsal
players, and dancers around
our school to connect with
others and engage in friendly
competition.
WHY HOLD BEE-SB CUP?
An annual inter-school competition is
something that is staple to schools in
Indonesia. BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi is on its 8th
year now and rapidly gaining stability in our
steps, as such it is in our best interests to
showcase our school’s presence as an active
and productive school. BISC will promote our
school’s name, not just that but we’ll be able
to let students connect with one another.

BISC will also give an opportunity for the

student council to gain experience in
volunteering and making events happen.
Students will foster leadership, teamwork,
and a growing mindset. Competitions bring
out the best in people, and of course we want
to see the best in our students.

 PURPOSE

Our purpose for Bee-SB Cup 2024 is to be a

diverse community that becomes a safe
platform for all of us to be welcomed and
gathered in innovating and creating ideas
from intellectual students.

We believe that this event can bring

opportunities to enhance and develop the
innovative and entrepreneurial skills of future
leaders where students can prove that they
are all champions for themselves, their family,
and the country.

general rules
The competition is exclusively for secondary students
who are registered in their own respective schools.
All participants are required to submit the registration
form provided.
If participated schools submit the form electronically,
they must bring a hard copy at the technical
meeting.
Each school must send out at least one
representative to the technical meeting.
If the registered participant doesn't match with the
committee's data, they are not allowed joining the
competition.
Changes of the participants and coaches must be
informed to the committee before the technical
meeting.
The participants must re-register upon arrival at the
venue and submit their school ID cards.
The participants and coaches must arrive at least 30
minutes before the competition starts.
Registration fee must be paid during the registration
process and provide the evidence through the form.
The participants and coaches must uphold the
athleticism of each competition. The decisions of the
referee or the judge is valid.
general rules
The committee is not responsible for the loss of
personal belongings of participants, coaches,
or supporters.
Do not allow to bring sharp objects, cigarettes,
matches and lighters fireworks or "snaps"
containing gunpowder, e-cigarettes, shisha
pens or liquids, fragile glass items, and any
illegal items.
There will be a security check before entering
the school for all participants and visitors.
All teams must complete all required
documents below:
Statement of school origin.
Statement of Injury/Accident must be signed by
the Principal or teacher (coach signature is not
allowed).
Photo of each participant (student card)
Please bring the hard copy documents during
the technical meeting.
The registration fee is non-refundable after the
technical meeting.

Thursday – Saturday, 22 – 24 February 2024

High School Boys Basketball only.

Maximum number of each team is 10 players.
All rules will be in accordance with Perbasi and FIBA.
The tournament will be knockout-based. Once a team
loses, it will be out of the tournament.
There will be 4 quarters in one match; each quarter will
last for 10 minutes.
A team has 5 timeouts, each lasting 1 minute.
If both teams have the same number of points at the
end of regular time, an overtime will be held for 5
minutes.

General Requirements
A team must have both light-coloured jersey
and dark-coloured jersey.
The uniform worn in a team must be the
same.
Same jersey (same shared name/number;
using the same jersey from the previous
game) in a team is not allowed.
The same jersey colour between opponents
is not allowed.
Players are not allowed to wear any
accessory/jewelry (ring, hairclip, necklace,
watch, etc).

Rules and regulations
The number of players is 10 players
maximum per team.
5 players versus 5 players, 1 player will
be a goalkeeper.
No offsides
No punts (the balls must be thrown by
the goalkeeper)
No slide tackles
Teams must have a set of dark and
light jerseys.
Unlimited substitutions.
Each team is given one time-out
which lasts for 1 minute.
Players must play with a numbered
team jersey, shorts (with an exception
for the goalkeeper), socks, skin guard,
and football shoes.
Rules and regulations
Time allotted for one match is 10 x 2
minutes.
If at the end of the regular time,
scores are still drawn, alternate kicks
from the penalty mark shall be taken
to determine the winner in
accordance the futsal regulation and
policy.
Yellow Card (Caution) is given if
entering or re-entering the court
without authorization from one of the
referees or failing to comply with the
substitution procedure, disobeying
the regulation distance on a corner
kick, and a free kick or a sideline shot;
Persistently infringes the regulation
and policy of the Game.
Rules and regulations
Red Card (Send-Off): If a player is
shown a red card, they can only be
replaced on the pitch by a substitute
after a mandatory two-minutes time
penalty. If the team concedes a goal
during this time, the substitute may
come before penalty time elapses.
Age restriction: 17 years old maximum
for High School student.
Accumulated fouls: If a team commits
six or more direct free kick fouls in a
half, the opposing team can take a
direct free kick without a wall. The kick is
taken from the second penalty spot if
the foul is farther from the attacking
goal, and from the spot of the foul if it's
nearer.
Rules and regulations

A penalty kick takes from the penalty

spot and must be done by a clear
identified kicker.
Accumulated fouls reset at half time
and carry over into extra time.
All rules will be in accordance with FFI.

at BINUS SCHOOL Bekasi.
The eligible age is 12-18 years
old.
Participants are required to send
their song choice via email at
the latest 3 days before the
competition and bring a flash
disk with the song in it, in the
format of .mp3 on the
competition day.

Rules and regulations
The duration of performance is 2-5
minutes.
Participants are required to be at the
venue at least 1 hour before the
competition starts.
Dance choreography must be original.
Dance Cover is strictly not allowed. If a
team is caught doing a dance cover,
the team will automatically be
disqualified.
If a team doesn’t show up after three
calls by the committee, the team will
be automatically disqualified.
The choreography, music, and
costume must be appropriate and do
not contain any forms of negative
connotation.
