APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF ACCUSED FOR

EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL PRESENCE IN THE
ABOVE MENTIONED CASE.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1. That the captioned matter is pending before this Hon'ble

court and listed for today i.e. 02.05.2024
2. It is submitted that the Applicant is Accused in the above-
mentioned case.
3. That the complainant has instituted the present proceedings
out of malice, ill will, personal vendetta and grudge, and
entire proceedings is sheer misused and abused of
process of law and the same has been instituted with
ulterior and oblique motive.
4. That the present case is listed before this Hon’ble court for
the appearance of the Accused.
5. That the Accused’s father had a surgery and still
recovering, and he is on complete bed rest till second week
of June 2024 and the Accused is the only son who is there
to take care of his father and that is the only reason that
 the Accused cannot appear today and the Applicants
undertakes to appear before the Hon’ble Court on next
date of hearing.
6. That medical documents of the father of the Accused
are annexed herewith along with this present application.

7. That if the present application is not allowed, then the

applicants shall suffer irreparable loss.
8. That the Applicant undertake to appear before this Hon’ble
court on next date of hearing or as and when directed by
this Hon’ble Court.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this
Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present
Application seeking personal exemption of the
Applicant, in the interest of justice.
