MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the instant Application has been preferred by Mrs.

Barkha W/o Love Kumar, which had been arraigned as

Accused No. 2 in the captioned disposed off matter.

2. That vide the instant Application, the Applicant is seeking

release of FDR bearing Nos. FDR1708221328 amounting to

Rs. 40,000/- respectively as the said FDRs are lying in this

Hon’ble Court which was being deposited in lieu of the surety

for bail by Applicant.

Copy of the FDRs bearing Nos. FDR1708221328, amounting

to Rs. 40,000/- respectively are annexed herewith as

ANNEXURE A1 (Colly).
3. That it is most humbly submitted that this vide Order dated

15.03.2024 this Hon’ble Court was pleased to discharge the

Accused persons in the aforementioned case and thereby,

discharging the surety in the form of FDRs being deposited by

the Applicant.

Copy of the Order dated 15.03.2024 passed by this Hon’ble

Court in the captioned matter is annexed herewith as

ANNEXURE A2.

PRAYER

Therefore, in the light of aforementioned facts and

circumstances, it is most humbly prayed before this Hon’ble

that:

a. FDRs lying in the record room of this Hon’ble Court bearing

No.FDR1708221328, amounting to Rs. 40,000/-,

respectively be released forthwith and handed over to

counsel of Applicant;

b. Pass any other order (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit

in the interest.
