Dear Monty,

Please accept this letter as a notice of my resignation from my position as Analyst in Hong Kong and
Singapore Research. My last date of employment will be on June 19, 2020.

After careful consideration, recent events have pointed me towards a different career path. I realize that
I am no longer able to continue rendering my services due to matters that require my full attention at
home.

Contributing and being a part of AXJ research has been an immense pleasure and has been a truly
rewarding and an enriching experience for me in the past few years. I want to thank you and the rest of
the team for all the support and for the opportunity to hone my skills and learn from every member of
the team.
