IMPORTANT NOTICE
BACK EXAMINATION JULY- 2024
All the SGVU students are informed that Even Semester External Theory and Practical Back Examinations
of Semester II, IV, VI, VIII are scheduled from July 11’ 2024.
Any student having back in any Even semester External paper have to choose that back paper in
the Examination form before click the submit button. The Student who is eligible to appear in these
Examinations as per University norms can apply to appear.
They should follow the under mentioned steps:
1. Visit www.gyanvihar.org
2. Login to student portal.
3. Follow the link Back Examination form July-2024
4. Check their details in the Examination form.
5. After filling all entries the student should click to submit, download and print the exam form &
Axis Bank challan to deposit Fees.
6. They should sign in the form.
7. Submit the Back Fees through bank Challan in the Axis Bank.
8. Take the signature and seal of HOD/Principal on Examination form.
9. Submit the verified Examination Form to Finance Department.
10. The Back Examination Fee is Rupees 600/- per paper which is maximum Rupees 3000/-
(Separately for External Theory and External Practical) for each semester.
11. Last Date for Depositing Filled Examination form is July 05, 2024.
