I am writing to express my earnest interest in pursuing the Master of Education (Instructional Leadership)

program at Murdoch University. With a profound passion for education and a strong desire to contribute
positively to the field, this program aligns perfectly with my career aspirations and personal growth
objectives.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jyoti Beniwal, and I hail from Kiathal, Haryana, India. I have a
strong academic background, having completed my Bachelor of Science in (Medical) from Guru
Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Education from
Kurukshetra University. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in both science and
education, nurturing my analytical and problem-solving skills, which I believe are essential for effective
instructional leadership.

The decision to pursue my Master's degree abroad stems from a desire to access high-quality education
with an advanced curriculum and interactive teaching methodologies. While exploring various educational
opportunities in my home country, I found that the programs available did not align with my career vision. I
sought a program that emphasizes practical skills, fosters critical thinking, and encourages innovation in
teaching and learning methodologies. After thorough research, I discovered the Master of Education
(Instructional Leadership) program at Murdoch University, which resonated deeply with my aspirations.
Course Structure:
Practical Methods of Instruction, Leading Educational Change, Learning: Multiple Perspectives, Policies
and Practices, Introduction to Research for Educators, Education Project

Australia, with its renowned educational institutions and multicultural environment, emerged as my
preferred study destination. The safe and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with excellent research
opportunities, further solidified my decision to pursue higher education in Australia. Among the esteemed
universities, Murdoch University stood out for its comprehensive curriculum, excellent faculty, and
conducive learning environment. The course structure of the Master of Education program, particularly its
focus on practical methods of instruction, leading educational change, and introduction to research for
educators, perfectly aligns with my career objectives.

Moreover, Murdoch University's reputation for academic excellence, coupled with its vibrant campus life
and state-of-the-art facilities, makes it an ideal choice for aspiring educators like myself. I am particularly
drawn to the university's commitment to providing holistic support to international students, ensuring a
seamless transition and enriching academic experience.

My career goal is to assume leadership positions in the education sector, such as Principal, Deputy
Principal, Department Head, University Head, and Director. I aim to work for prestigious educational
institutions in India, including ORCHIDS THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, RD Public School, Glentree
Academy India Pvt Ltd, and G. D. Goenka, renowned for their commitment to academic excellence and
innovation. Based on thorough research from credible sources like Payscale.com, AmbitionBox.com, and
Glassdoor.com, I anticipate an expected salary ranging from INR 10,17,365 per year to INR 15,00,000 per
year upon achieving these leadership positions.

My long-term plan: I always dreamt of starting an Education Trust in India, which ensures minimum basic
education for children from all lifestyles. A free minimum basic education would develop his or her innate
ability in the area of his or her interest to become a professional. A Master’s degree in Instructional
Leadership opens the doors to job and career opportunities in several diverse fields of education.

Return of Investment: I can easily get my desired job because the demand for an International degree is
higher than a degree from my home country. Most importantly what I learn professionally is needed more in
my own country and I can make a difference in India, however small. This way, getting an education from
Australia will benefit me and my career. My strong ties to India, including familial responsibilities, are upheld
by my husband, Ajay, who will manage our trading and agriculture business and support our parents in my
absence. Thus, my Australian education benefits my career and strengthens my commitment to contributing
to India's development while maintaining familial bonds.

Regards:
Jyoti Beniwal
