SINGH BISHT who was member of the society holding Flat No.-002,
admeasuring to 580 Sq. Ft. (Built Up) area, on Ground Floor, A wing, Building
Known as “SUNDERAM” Society Known as “Vasant Nagri Sector - V” Co-
operative Housing Society Ltd., Sector - 5, situated at Revenue Village Achole,
on land bearing Survey No.14, H.No. 1 and 2, Vasai-East, Taluka Vasai, Dist-
Palghar-401209, WHEREAS MR. BHARAT SINGH BISHT had died on dated
29-10-2019 at Riddhivinayak Multispeciality Hospital, Nallasopara West.

1) We state that at the time of death MR. BHARAT SINGH BISHT had not
made Will as provided under Rule 25 of the Maharashtra Co-operative
Societies Rules, 1961.

3. The said MR. BHARAT SINGH BISHT had left behind his following

Registrar office Vasai-__ and its office-bearers against any claim
demand, suit or other legal proceedings by other nominee claiming either
lawfully and or equitably through the said deceased MR. BHARAT
SINGH BISHT. We further declare and undertake to bear all expenses,
costs, charges in respect of any such claim, demand, suit and / or legal
proceedings which may be

 filed by any other heir/heirs either lawfully and or equitably claiming through
the said deceased member.

6. We affirm that the affidavit is true that it conceals nothing and no part of it
