Instructions for Recommended Candidate for Admission in the Institute

1. Any query regarding admission can be obtained from Admission/Nodal Officer of the allotted I.T.I.
2. List of Certificates/Documents (original copies) required for the admission
a. This is a Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
b. Mark-sheet of class 8th & Certificate issued by the Head Master of the concerned School in which Date of Birth should be clearly mentioned
OR
Admit Card, Marks-sheet and Passing Certificate of class 10th/Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination.
c. Local Resident Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state .
d. Caste Certificate issued by Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer- Civil/Deputy Commissioner of the Jharkhand state (in case of Category seat).
e. Disability Certificate issued by Chairman of the Medical Board & Counter signed by Medical Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer/Head of the
Hospital of the Jharkhand state (In case of DQ Seat).
f. Dependency Certificate issued by competent Army Personnel for Serving personnel Dependency Certificate issued by Zila Sainik Kalyan Board for
discharged Personnel/Discharge Book/Pension Book/Certificate as per their preference code (In case of SMQ Seat).
g. School College Leaving Certificate.
h. Economically Weaker Section Certificate.
i. Medical fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
j. Three set photocopies of all above concerned Certificate/Documents
k. Six copies of recent colored passport size photograph of the Candidate.
