Authorisation Letter

To Whomsoever It May Concern

We hereby authorize Mr. Ranjit Sharma having Aadhar Number 7360-
5583-2461 on behalf of Mrs. Vani Pandey(owner of property), to sign,
execute and admit the execution of lease agreement for the property
described as
Flat No. 1202, Tower-2A, Orris Aster Court, Sector-85, Gurgaon,
Haryana-122004 and to do any act deed or things as may be necessary
to complete the lease agreement in the manner required by law.
The Authorisation is effective from 30th June 2024 and will remain in
effect until 30th June 2025 unless otherwise terminated by the owner of
the said property.
