Description : GE Capital Asset Reporting System (CARS) is the reporting tool for all GE Capital assets which
gives information about all the IT assets such as servers, applications used by various GE Capital businesses across
different zones. The site gives information about the server counts, server reconciliation, defects remediation,
workstations counts, different reports, user management and access control. CARS application is used to collect

consolidate and report all IT asset information for GE Capital which provides many teams for HPA access,
vulnerability management and audit.
CARS Home Page tab gives information about all the GE Capital Applications, Servers used by various business
units across the globe and their total counts. The users can get access to view the list of applications, servers and
subnet by raising a request. Server Reconciliation compares the total inventory servers submitted by businesses with
the missing ones found as inventory defects, ISS Service now defects and discovery defects. The defects can be
remediated by the business by updating the missing server’s information from the Inventory defects remediation and
Service now defects remediation.

credit accounts through the CEO portal. You can schedule funds transfers for end of day, as well as a future date, or
you can transfer funds immediately. You can view 60 days of transaction history depending on your DDA statement
Cycle.Basic Banking has these modules such as Account Summary, Account Details, Transfer Funds, Manage
Account Group and Save Default Filter. Account Summary Provides a summary of information for cash and credit
accounts, including account number, account name, available balance, or available credit. View Account Details
Provides detailed balance information and account history on your statement cycle. Manage Account group allows you

Description : The Ordering Tool is a web-based application, which is interfaced with Oracle CRM for placing
the orders with speed and accuracy. The main aim of this project is to validate the Customer entered Product and
Service Discounts with the Registered Deals in Cisco and to let user know if there are any impending delays to the
Orders created using the Deal ids that customer entered. The system interfaces with Pricing and Discounting Services
(PDS) in retrieving and validating Non-Standard Deals. The changes involve presentation of Non-Standard (NSD)
Deal information to the Customer as much as possible and also let him/her know the validation messages in advance
so that Customer can have a chance to correct them before the Order is created or submitted.

The Ordering Tools is integrated with MLC Tool which configures the configset for various Products. Ordering Tool
validates the Deal Id at the time of acquiring a Quote and at the time of exporting a configset. Apollo Configuration will
provide saving the configsets in the Ordering Tool. Customer logs to the Ordering Tool and tabs to the configSet

Details Tab then enters the deal Id to display any warning messages and save Header Details. Customer enters and
configures Lines of the various configsets, export the configset. System will validate the configset with PDS and Error
codes will be shown as error messages to the customer prior to the submition of order.
