ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL

SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, PAQUITO M. NAVAL, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and resident of
116 Holyweek St. Holiday Vill. Bayan Luma 4, Imus City, Cavite; GARRET M.
NAVAL, of legal age, Filipino, married to Edilyn S. Naval, and resident of 116
Holyweek St. Holiday Vill. Bayan Luma 4. Imus City, Cavite; SHINNETTE
NAVAL HERNANDEZ, of legal age, American citizen, married, and a resident
of 937 Ashford Ln, Westmont, Illinois 60559 USA represented by Garret M.
Naval; and HAROLD M. NAVAL, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of
63 Forest Ave. Unit-J, Riverside, Illinois 60546 USA, represented by Garret M.
Naval hereby execute this following Addendum, to wit:
1. This Addendum is in reference to the document entitled Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Rights executed on June 2, 2022 in Bacoor
City, and notarized by Notary Public Atty. Antonio T. Nicolas and entered in his
notarial register as Doc. No. 48; Page No. 11; Book No. XXIV; Series of 2022;
2. That the parties, for good consideration, do hereby agree to make the
following changes and/or addition that is outlined below shall be made as if it is
included in the original Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate executed on June 2,
2022, to wit:
“That at the time of the death of ELDA M.
NAVAL, the deceased died intestate, without Will
or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in
favor of any person or entity”
3. This addition and/or correction shall be incorporated in the aforesaid
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
