Pre-lesson:
INDUCTION
Elicit from the pupils the names of the four Super Friends. Ask pupils to mime their
special powers. Elicit what happened in the last episode (they got lost) and who help
them (rabbit).
Lesson development:-
1. Elicit where the Super Friends are (in the garden of a big, old house). (HOTS)
2. Play the recording. Pupils listen and read to find out who goes in and the animals
MAIN she sees. Pupils compare their ideas in pairs before class check.
ACTIVITY 3. Play the recording again. Pause after each frame to check comprehension.
4. Talk with the class about the value and who does it in the story. Elicit what she says.
5. Play the recording a third time. Pupils listen and repeat.
6. Pupils do workbook page 74. (CBA)
Post-lesson:-
CLOSING Put pupils in groups of four. Pupils each take a role of one of the characters. Playthe
ACTIVITY recording. Pupils repeat in role and practice the role play in groups. Volunteer groups
role play for the class. (21st CA)
