– Planning- is the formulation of a course of an action to guide a
project to completion.
– Organizing- is the arrangement of resources in a
systematic manner to fit the project plan.
– Staffing- is the selection of the individuals who have the
expertise to produce the work.
– Directing- is the guidance of the work required to complete a
project.
– Controlling- checking progress against plans, which may need
modification based on feedback.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION

• Coordinates and tracking of Design & Drawing, sharing weekly


basis with client. [Initial stage]
•Concept finalization for the project - Sign off by client.
•Appointment of relevant consultant and Preparing Work order (WO).
•Soil investigation, counter survey [Report and meetings]
•Co-ordination for final drawings - Sign off by client & relevant
consultant.
•Evaluation of Design Sufficiency through Identification of accurate
requirements of client and ensure the same is achieved through
design.

PLANNING AND SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

• Preparation of Overall Project Schedule: Project Master Schedule.


•Micro Planning of all activities on weekly basis.
•Tracking, updating & reporting of Project Timelines: Actual Vs
Planned.
Resource Planning: Planning of Labour, Material, Machinery and
finance.
Finalize Schedule with Client and Contractor.
Preparation of Vendor wise, zone wise, activity-wise detailed
schedule.
Preparation of Material Procurement Schedule.
Preparation of Contractor Appointment schedule.
Check and Track all long leads items for procurement of material,
equipment etc.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

•Site Controls and Supervision of works as per final specifications.


•Coordination with agencies and contractors for works on site.
•Maintain works record and reports on site.
•Ensure high quality and timely delivery within budget.

BILL CHECKING AND CERTIFICATION

Study of Tender documents and work orders.


Checking all measurement sheets as per IS Standards.
Identification of Minimum billing period and value.

PROJECT COST CONTROLS


•Setting up of approved Budget for the Project.
•Issue of PO and WO in line with the approved Budget.
•Setting up of overall Project Budget along with Cost Control
Parameter.
•Setting up of Overall material Consumption and material
allotment system.
•Tracking of activity wise budgeting vs Cost incurred.
•Tracking of Bill value Vs. Cost incurred.
•Identify the quantities exceeding the contract quantity.
