DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
That I, ARMANDO ORBAÑA BUAN / ANGELINA ILUNIO DAYAO, of legal age, married / single
with residence and postal address at Phase IV. Pckg 4, Block 24, Lot 007 Bagong Silang Caloocan City for
and in consideration of the amount of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P
120,000.00), Philippine Currency, and other valuable consideration accept of which is hereby
acknowledgement from ISI S. TORRES, likewise of legal age, married/ single, with residence and postal
address at Phase 4, Pckg 4, Block 24 Lot 007, Bagong Silang Caloocan City, hereby SELLS, TRANSFER
AND CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said the
following:
That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P 120,000.00) Philippine currency, to me in hand paid by the VENDEE, Do HEREBY SELL TRANSFER,
and CONVEYS by way of absolute sale, unto the said VENDEE, Their heirs, assign, and successors-in-
interest, the described reality, together with all the improvement found thereon, situated in Phase IV, Pckg
4, Block 24 Lot 007, Bagong Silang Caloocan City and more particularly described as follows:
Lot containing a total area of SEVENTY TWO SQUARE METERS (72 SQM).
I hereby warrant that said parcel of land is free from any liens and encumbrances and that I said
defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from claims of whatever kind or nature from said persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand this 04, August day of 2019 at Quezon
City Philippines.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including this page where the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
is written, refers to a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, TRANSFER & WAIVER OF RIGHTS that was signed
by the PARTIES together with their witnesses.
