Child Support Demand Letter and Legal Separation Agreement

This agreement entered this Child Support Demand Letter and Legal Separation Agreement by and between:

A, GABRIEL ARGANA RECIMO of legal age, married and residing at Phase 3 Block 7 Payatas B, Quezon City
hereinafter referred to as the FATHER.

-and-

B, JINKY ANUA RECIMO of legal age, married and a resident of Phase 3 Block 7 Payatas B, Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as a MOTHER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties are the biological parents of minor Julius Raphael Anua Recimo born on 02 June 2012,
David Jacob Anua Recimo born on 30 September 2017, Athena Gabrielle Anua Recimo born on 05 November
2020;

WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide for a complete settlement of the issues pertaining to the custody,
visitorial rights, support and maintenance of the child;

Support, as defined by Article 194 of the Family Code, comprises everything indispensable for sustenance,
dwelling, clothing, medical assistance, education and transportation, in keeping with the financial capacity of
the family.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the promises and dispositions made in this agreement, the
parties hereto have agreed as follows:

CUSTODY OF THE CHILD

The mother shall continue to have custody over Kids while the father shall exercise visitorial rights as
hereunder stated.

Failure to comply the same agreement will cause being aggrieved and may seek judicial remedies for
ECONOMIC ABUSE being a violation of R.A. 9262 which is necessary to protect of the children interest.
