RESOLUTION RE-ORGANIZING THE COMMITTEE ON BARANGAY NUTRITION

COMMITTEE OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, IROSIN, SORSOGON

WHEREAS, there is a need to create the Barangay Nutrition Committee of Barangay

Buenavista, Irosin, Sorsogon;

WHEREAS, Barangay Nutrition Committee will ensure the delivery of health and
nutrition/sanitation service in the Barangay and as well as participation of the community in
order to have healthy barangay;

WHEREAS, the composition of the Barangay Nutrition Committee are as follows.

WHEREAS, the said committee is hereby mandated to create with the name mention respectively and are
authorized to perform their duties and function;

WHEREAS, to perform their duties and responsibility there’s need to create committee to assist, help and
solved the predicament of the barangay regarding to Nutrition and Health.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Brgy. Kgd. Aileen L. Gracilla Chairman on Committee on Health and
Nutrition/ Sanitation, unanimously approved, seconded by the body, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to Re-organize THE COMMITTEE ON BARANGAY

NUTRITION COMMITTEE OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, IROSIN, SORSOGON.

Resolved finally, the copies of this resolution are furnished the office concern for information and
guidance.

RESOLUTION RE-ORGANIZING THE SCHISTOMIASIS TASK FORCE OF BARANGAY

BUENAVISTA, IROSIN, SORSOGON.

WHEREAS, Brgy. Buenavista has a new appointed Punong Barangay Danilo N.

Galoso.

WHEREAS, Schistomiasis Task Force is important because Brgy. Buenavista is one of

the twelve endemic area of Schistomiasis in the Municipality of Irosin.

WHEREAS, creation of Schistomiasis Task Force in the barangay is in need to assist

schisto team and any other personnel of DOH in time of ocular visit and activity in the
area.

WHEREAS, Barangay Schistomiasis Task Force are responsible in ensuring

environmental sanitation of the affected area to prevent and the spread-out the
Schhistomiasis in the barangay;

WHEREAS, The composition of the Barangay Shistomiasis Task Force are as follows;

WHEREAS, The duty of Schistomiasis Task Force are:

1. To clean the affected area of Schistomiasis to prevent the spread-out by contact with
water that contains the parasites.
2. To get sample of snails for examination.
3. Assist in the campaign to encourage constituents the proper use of comfort rooms and
hygiene as one of prevention from schisto contamination.
4. Assist in the collection of stool sample from households.
5. To monitor constantly the area affected and to ensure families away from risk.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Aileen L. Gracilla and concurred by all
the member present, be it;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be approved and forwarded to all offices concerned.
