1- Approved shop drawing should be attached to the IRF.
2- Form work quality is very poor and the following was noticed during the inspection: -
a. Footing dimensions are smaller than approved shop drawing.
b. surplus plywood was used in the form work of the foundation and beams.
c. sides of the foundations were not aligned vertically. C
d. openings in the sides of the foundation and beams.
3- cover of the foundation was not as mentioned in the approved shop drawing.
4- stirrups were not tied to the bottom of the beam (almost one stirrup was tied out of 8).
5- some of the short direction top rebar in F2 were placed in the third layer (T3). General Comments
