Omnipotent Industries Limited was established in Mumbai in 2016 by Mr. Prince P. Shah – Founder
& Executive Director of Omnipotent Industries Limited. Omnipotent Industries is primarily engaged
in the import and sale of bulk and packaged bitumen, along with other bituminous materials,
throughout India. The company provides comprehensive bitumen (asphalt) solutions to traders,
importers, and manufacturing companies, primarily for applications in road construction and various
manufacturing processes.

Company manages the import and sale of bulk and packaged bitumen and other bituminous
materials through 11 JV’s and 2 branches pan India. In addition, it is also involved in importing and
distributing Bitumen at low cost and lease storage tanks & bulk Bitumen from Mundra & Karwar
while Packed drum Bitumen from JNPT, Mumbai, Haldia & Kolkata. Company's suppliers operate
bitumen storage and handling terminals with a capacity of over 1.50 Lac tons abroad. (As per Stock
exchange filings – BSE).
