Checking the Tightness of connections. Checking the Voltage & Current Settings, Parameter, etc . Checking the Various Inter locking. . Checking the healthiness of Annunciation. . Checking the healthiness of Indication Lamps. . Checking the healthiness of Controller Cards. . Checking the overall healthiness of the battery charger and checking the overall performance of the charger. 9. Mass Tech Controls shall undertake the fitting/replacement of faulty components/spares in the Battery charger. Spares part provided by SEPC or M/S Masstech will provide the faulty card/spares part against the purchase order, Other works like problem identification, Rectification & troubleshooting, Spares replacement, Fitting works, etc and the normalization & Operational of the system under scope of M/S Mass Tech Control under the AMC period without any extra cost. 10.SEPC will provide helper / Unskilled Man power, associated tools like blower, vacuum cleaner, Cotton waste, Compressed air blower etc to your Engineer. But Mass tech engineers should carry their basic working tools. 11. SEPC will provide all Operational & Instructional Manuals for other chargers to your engineer. 12. SEPC will sign all Reports prepared (if system is in healthy condition) and not hold the Engineer waiting for the same. 13.1f during AMC, it is observed that certain materials in damaged condition are non-functional, SEPC will provide the spares and damaged parts. 14.Contract period: 23.08.2022 to 22.08.2023 ( Next renewal will be done subject to the Performance) 15.15 days advance intimation will be provided by SEPC for conducting the AMC. For Emergency visit, After SEPC intimation M/s Mass Tech Controls should depute your engineer within 24 / 48hrs for both types of visits. 16, Normal working hours shall be 8 hours (9.00 am to 12.30pm ~ 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm). $ 17.Sunday’s and any other festival or any Gazetted holidays shall be treated as Holidays. Whereas If Emergency occurs in these days M/S Mass tech shall depute engineer within 24/48 hrs. 18.SEPC will provide Site Hostel accommodation and Local Transportation to your Engineer. 19. M/S Mass tech deputed engineers should explain the root cause of the problem if it occurs ina PM visit and in Emergency breakdown maintenance visit. 20.M/S Mass Tech engineer shall perform the work during their visit as per AMC at MEIL site with full safety and workmanship. If any problem or performance of the system occurs due to bad maintenance by your deputed engineer then this will be the M/S Mass tech responsibility to make the system healthy and operational without any extra cost. dé yr?
