INTRODUCTION OF UNIT :-

This Programme engages students in critical thinking, problem


solving and decision making in contexts that are personally relevant
to them. This approach to learning also involves making
opportunities for debriefing and consolidation of ideas and skills
through feedback, reflection, and the application of the ideas and
skills to new situations. It is the process of learning through
experience, and is more specifically defined as “learning through
reflection on doing”. Hands-on learning or training can be a form of
experimental learning but does not necessarily involves students
reflecting on their comparatively passive role.

Objectives of ELP :-

1. The learners are willing to be actively involved in the


experience .

2. The learners are able to reflect on the experience .


3. The learners posses and use analytics skills to conceptualize the
experience .

4. The learner possess decision making and problem sloving skills


in order to use the new ideas gained from the experience the
elements the elements of the experiential learning .

5. To develop guidelines for teaching through experiential


approaches .
6. To relate experiential learning to education for sustainable
futures .

Organic field

Objective of Organic Farming :-

• To provide food of high nutritional quality in sufficient quantity.


• To work with natural systems rather than dominating them.
• To encourage and enhance the biological cycles within farming system
involving micro-organisms, soil flora and fauna, plants and animals.
• To maintain and increase the long term fertility of soils.
• To avoid all forms of pollution that may result form agricultural
techniques.
• To maintain the genetic diversity of the agriculture system.
• To consider the wider and ecological impact of the farming system.

1 Production of Pea & Carrot is less , So we removed 15/01/24
them with the help of tractor and Planted some
other different vegetable crops .
2 Our teachers discussed about different type of 16/01/24
formulation , we also make the compost pit of 2*2*1
meter & we also prepared beds of 5*4 meter with
the help of tractor .
3 We transplanted the 1000 onion seedlings which are 19/01/24
5-6 week old , we transplanted with the our hand &
watered the seedlings with the help of water-can
